How to Export Search Terms From Your Google Ads Account

Open your Google Ads search term report at the account level so that you can see both campaigns and ad groups in the table.

Now export this view, making sure that the columns search term, campaign, and ad group are included. Please export it as a .csv file (not as an Excel-specific .csv format).

You can then use this CSV export of your search terms to generate negative keywords with the help of the QS Optimizer®.
